We adapt our valuation reports and analyses to the needs of each client. We work daily to optimize our already comprehensive market databases so that we always have knowledge of the latest transactions, enabling us to deliver well-documented and well-informed valuation reports and analyses in which we include the most relevant comparable rental- and investment transactions. We conduct valuations applying both the capitalization model and the Discounted Cash Flow model depending on the client’s needs and wishes.

At Cushman & Wakefield | RED, we can also offer cross-border valuations through our international collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield’s worldwide network. Similarly, we are used to working for both Danish and international clients and can target the solution of each task to our clients’ needs, whether they are Danish or international clients.
