The lease is located in a recognizable white-plastered building from the mid 19th century. The premises comprises 758 m² in total, of which 287 m² is on the ground floor. The shop front stretches across the corner of the adjacent pedestrian street, Løvstræde, and the width is approximately 36 m in total, including four massive windows facing the streets on the ground floor.
The building, as it appears today, was erected by F. A. Thiele, a local optician in function to this day, and prior to e-tailor Boozt.com’s occupancy, the premises housed Hallmark, a historical Danish shoe shop.
Currently, the shop stretches from the ground floor to the first floor, though the 1st floor can be separated from the lease upon request, and the shop floor is as quadratic as it can be in a Copenhagen property. Thus, including a first floor or not, the lease features a great layout for efficient retail use.
