What was once known as Lyngby Kulturhus has today been transformed into a new town center in central Lyngby under the name Podium, which now houses restaurants and shops. Jagger and Otto have opened here in recent years, alongside Wokshop, which opened its second Lyngby location at this very spot years ago.
All restaurants and shops are connected via a central square within the property, where seating is available for dining guests.
Podium focuses on creating a cozy atmosphere, with interior features such as designer lamps and green plants providing visitors with a homely feeling. Despite its small size, Podium is well-visited, with the center’s nine units attracting up to 129,000 visitors per month in 2024.
The lease is located in the center of Lyngby, just 400 meters from Lyngby Station, directly across from Lyngby Storcenter and close to Magasin and Lyngby Hovedgade. In 2023, construction began on the upcoming light rail line, with a planned station next to Podium, expected to open in the summer of 2026. As part of the light rail development, parts of Klampenborgvej are planned to be converted into a pedestrian street.
In recent years, many F&B operators have chosen to open a restaurant in Lyngby, including Cock’s and Cows, Pizzeria Luca, and Oli Oli.
The lease currently offered comprises a total of 155.4 m², distributed across 138.8 m² on the ground floor and 16.6 m² of the unit’s share of common areas.
