Æggetorvet, Skidentorvet or Nørre Torv. The square in front of the bank building on Nørregade has been called many things over the years. Today, the square has no official name, although it still serves as a space between Nørreport Station, Fiolstræde and Nørregade.
One corner of the square has been anchored by a banking business for about half a century, where first Bikuben was located, followed by Danske Bank as a result of the merger with the same. Now Danske Bank is moving, and the corner property will be open for new initiatives for the first time since its construction in the late 1950s.
The property’s ground floor contains more than 500 open and double-lit m², which extends around the corner to Nørregade and comprises a total of 33 window sections. The visibility of the lease is therefore considerable in an area frequented annually by the more than 30,000,000 passengers who use Nørreport Station.
